audience research
To find out our audience we asked societies in our university based around music and games questions, to see if they were our correct target audience. we started off by asking the heads of the societies:
'Hello, my group member and I would like to make use of your
music expertise by asking you and members in your society about a project we
are designing in our Research and Development module. It is music visualisation
in the form of a virtual reality game that will bring the music to life.'
oculus rift
we had a go on the oculus rift DK1 and decided that we would like to make our visualisations as a game for it. along side the rift we would like to include the Leap in our project after having a test on it and liking how interactive it makes the experience.
